I recently purchased an electronic device from Neo electronics and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website, neocharger.com, is easy to navigate and provides detailed product descriptions. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took quite some time to receive a response to my inquiry, and when I did, the representative seemed uninterested and provided vague answers. Additionally, the shipping process was slower than expected, causing some frustration. On a positive note, the product itself did meet my expectations in terms of quality and performance. In conclusion, Neo electronics offers decent products, but improvements could be made in terms of customer service and order processing.
