👋 Hey everyone! Just want to share my experience with the hardwood flooring company. I recently purchased some flooring from their website. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, and there was a decent selection to choose from. However, the customer service was a bit lacking. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the communication was not as helpful as I had hoped. Additionally, the shipping process was a bit slow, which was a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the quality of the flooring was good and it arrived in good condition. So, if you're in the market for hardwood flooring and don't mind a few hiccups in the customer service department, this company could be an option for you. 👍
