I bought a carpet from Saida Carpets and I am somewhat disappointed with my purchase. The quality is not as expected and the design is not what I had imagined. The customer service was mediocre, with the staff being unhelpful and not very friendly. The delivery was delayed and the carpet arrived with some damage. Overall, I cannot recommend Saida Carpets based on my experience.
