I recently tried the gluten free baking company's products and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The texture and taste of their baked goods were outstanding. The bread was soft and not crumbly at all, which is a common issue with gluten free products. The cookies were perfectly sweet and had a nice chewy texture. I highly recommend their products!
