🥋 Siskiyou Aikikai is an amazing place to learn and practice Aikido. The instructors are not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and supportive. They create a safe and welcoming environment for students to explore and enhance their Aikido skills. The training sessions are well-organized and provide a good balance between practicing techniques and partner exercises. The discipline and mindfulness Aikido cultivates have had a positive impact on both my physical and mental well-being. I cannot recommend Siskiyou Aikikai enough! 🌟
