This property manager is an absolute horror. A few years ago, they intentionally allowed a renter with an expired lease - who they KNEW had a history of violence - to remain in the building. When I (someone he had threatened) expressed concern, their agent laughed in my face and commented:"If you're so scared, go buy a gun." Subsequently, the man assaulted me - and because PLI didn't have any security cameras in that area, there was no visual proof. That agent went even further, and denied the assault occurred.

In a later incident, PLI allowed strobing lights to continue without repair for months in the public hallway, Despite knowing I had epilepsy, and could easily suffer a seizure and injury from a fall.

This management office is monstrous. Both safety wise, and their negligence, slow response to building care.
