I recently got new windows from this company and overall, I'd say the experience was average. The installation process was smooth and the windows look good. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. I had a few questions and concerns, but it took a while to get a response. The website was user-friendly, but I wish there were more detailed product descriptions available. 🏡 The quality of the windows seems decent, but I can't say I'm overly impressed.
