I have been a customer of Worldvision technologies, inc for over two years now and I must say that their service has been average at best. While their website is user-friendly, I have found their customer support to be lacking. There have been instances where my queries have been ignored or were not addressed properly. Additionally, their products are not always up to the mark. The quality of some of the products I have purchased from them has been subpar. I think there is definitely room for improvement.
