As a customer of Atour Adventure Group, I must say that my experience with them was truly average. The customer service was satisfactory, but the overall adventure lacked excitement and thrill. The guides were knowledgeable, but they seemed unenthusiastic and lacked energy. The activities offered were also limited, and I expected more variety. However, I appreciate the safety measures taken by the company, and I had no complaints regarding that. In conclusion, while Atour Adventure Group provided a decent adventure experience, there is room for improvement in terms of excitement and variety.
