As a customer of Hostalescuba, I must say that their services are average. The website is well-designed and easy to navigate, but the overall experience was just okay. I expected more from a company that claims to provide excellent accommodations and exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The room was clean and comfortable, but there was nothing special about it. I would consider staying with Hostalescuba again, but only if there are no better options available.
