I had an average experience with the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Program of Montgomery County, Maryland. The staff was friendly but not very efficient in handling my case. There were some communication issues, and it took longer than expected to get updates on the progress. However, they did provide me with the necessary support and guidance throughout the process, which I appreciated. Overall, it was an average experience.
