I have been a loyal customer of Layne Technology for a while now and I have to say, their service is quite average. The website is easy to navigate and the products are satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. They take too long to respond to queries and sometimes their solutions are not satisfactory. Overall, I would rate them as average.
