The experience with this company was satisfactory. I hired them for a home cleaning service and they did an average job. The website was informative and easy to navigate, making it simple to schedule an appointment. The cleaners arrived on time and were professional in their approach. However, the quality of the cleaning was just average. Some areas were missed and I had to ask them to clean again. The staff was polite and listened to my concerns. They promptly rectified the issues, but I expected a more thorough cleaning in the first place. Overall, the service was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and quality control.
