I recently used the services of this company for a design project. The website was user-friendly, and I appreciated the clear information about their research and design process. However, I found the timeline for the project delivery to be a bit longer than expected, and the communication with the team could have been more consistent. The quality of the final design was good, but not exceptional. Overall, the experience was average.
