As a CUSTOMER, I had both good and bad experiences...

As a CUSTOMER, I had both good and bad experiences with Inet communications. The website inet-tools.de is decent, but there were some minor glitches that affected my overall experience. The customer support team was helpful in resolving the issues. Overall, I would rate them as satisfactory.
