I recently stayed at a hotel in Mexico City called Hyatt House Santa Fe and I must say it was a fairly average experience. The hotel website provided all the necessary information for a smooth booking process. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process quick and hassle-free. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but lacked any standout features. The hotel's location in the Santa Fe district was convenient for business travelers, but it did feel a bit isolated from the city's main attractions. The amenities, such as the fitness center and complimentary breakfast, were satisfactory but didn't exceed my expectations. Overall, I would rate my stay as average, as the hotel provided a decent experience but failed to wow me in any particular way.
