Rating it 1 star due to the unprofessionalism of the doctor at Shinagawa BGC. The scheduled post-op check-up from 8 am to 10 am turned into a waiting time of almost 3 hours due to the surgeon’s extreme lateness. Both the doctor’s time and ours as patients are valuable. We highly appreciate it if you communicate this to your patients and avoid keeping us in one room with just a vague “wait” directive. Just saying… ugh!
