👍👍 I recently purchased a machine from this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was user-friendly and provided helpful information on their products. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the responses were not very detailed. The machine itself is decent, but I encountered a few minor issues with it. Their warranty claim process was cumbersome, and it took longer than expected to get a resolution. On a positive note, the machine is of good quality and performs adequately for my needs. So, while there were some hiccups along the way, I ultimately ended up with a satisfactory product. 😊
