I recently used the company's services for a local event. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, 🙁 the customer service experience was just average. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and it took a while to get the help I needed. The pricing was reasonable, but I wish there were more options available for customization. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of service efficiency and flexibility.
