I recently used the services of this company to install solar panels on my roof. The website was informative and easy to navigate, which made it simple to find the information I needed. 😊 The technicians arrived on time and completed the installation efficiently. However, I did experience some issues with the quality of their work. The panels were not aligned properly, resulting in a decrease in energy production. 😔 Additionally, I found their customer service to be lacking. It was difficult to get a timely response to my inquiries and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, the company provides an average experience. They need to improve the quality control of their installations and be more responsive to customer concerns. 🌱🔌
