I recently received services from this company and found them to be quite average. While their website boasts a high level of expertise and care, the actual experience was underwhelming. The staff seemed knowledgeable, but the overall customer service and communication left much to be desired. I also felt that the facilities could have been better maintained. The services provided were satisfactory, but there was a lack of personalization and individualized care. I believe there is room for improvement in providing a more comfortable and welcoming environment for clients and their families. Overall, my experience was average, and I hope to see some positive changes from this company in the future.
