I had a mixed experience with Modus Consulting. On one hand, their customer support was outstanding and they really took the time to understand my needs and provide personalized solutions. On the other hand, I felt that their pricing was a bit high compared to similar services in the market. Overall, I would say it was a decent experience, but there is room for improvement.
