I had an average experience with PLASTICELL PACKAGING CORPORATION. The quality of their products is decent, but their customer service needs improvement. The packaging materials I ordered arrived late, and when I called to inquire about it, the representative was not very helpful. However, once I finally received the items, they were of good quality and served their purpose well. Overall, I would rate my experience with PLASTICELL PACKAGING CORPORATION as average.
