I have been using Mai-it solutions for a few month...

I have been using Mai-it solutions for a few months now and I have to say, the experience has been average. The customer support is responsive and helpful, but the overall performance of their software is just average. It gets the job done, but there are definitely areas for improvement. The interface could be more user-friendly and there are occasional glitches that can be frustrating. I hope they continue to work on improving their product.
