I recently had the pleasure of using Time 2 Party for my daughter's birthday party and I must say, it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and professional, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The party room was not clean when we arrived and some of the decorations were not quite up to par. The kids had fun, but I expected a bit more attention to detail. Overall, it was an okay experience.
