I recently had the opportunity to use a pallet service from a company with a website called "acmepallet.com". Overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, the customer service could have been more responsive and efficient in addressing my inquiries. The delivery was on time, although it took a bit longer than expected. The quality of the pallets was decent, but not outstanding. They were durable enough for my needs, but I have seen better options elsewhere. The pricing was fair and competitive, but it would have been nice to have more flexible payment options. Overall, I would consider using this company again if I couldn't find a better alternative.
