I recently had a custom home theater system installed by purecustomav.com, and I must say, the experience was average. While the team was professional and the installation was done well, I feel like the overall quality could have been better. The picture and sound are good, but not exceptional. I expected a bit more for the price I paid. That being said, Pure Custom Home Theater did deliver on their promises, just not to the extent I was hoping for.
