I recently booked a vacation with Soleil voyages and I must say it was an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I was not particularly impressed with the customer service. The staff seemed indifferent and not very helpful. I expected better from a company with such a reputation. The trip itself was okay but nothing special. The accommodations were clean but lacked the charm and luxury that I was expecting. In the end, I would say it was just an average vacation.
