I have been to a few different pubs in the area, but Elgin Public House is unlike any other. The ambiance is cozy and the staff is friendly. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and the prices are reasonable. I particularly enjoyed their selection of craft beers. The only downside was that the service was a bit slow, but the delicious food made up for it. I will definitely be back, even though it's a bit of a drive for me.
