I recently purchased a vehicle from this company, and I must say the customer service was excellent. However, the overall process took longer than expected, and the vehicle wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be upon delivery. 😞 The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable, but the communication concerning the status of my purchase could have been better. On the positive side, the website was user-friendly and provided helpful information about the vehicles in stock. The dealership premises were clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. In conclusion, while there were some aspects that could be improved, my overall experience was satisfactory. I hope the company will work on improving their delivery process and communication.
