I had an overall average experience with Cilt the national centre for languages. The staff members were helpful but could have been more attentive. The website cilt.org.uk was informative, but the design could be improved. The courses provided were adequate, but I felt that the prices were slightly higher compared to other language centers. Overall, I had a decent experience, but there is room for improvement.
