I recently ordered some glass windows from a company for my new home. The product quality was great and the delivery was fast. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. It took a while to get a response to my queries, and even then, the support was not very helpful. Overall, I am happy with the product, but the customer service could definitely be improved.
