I have been a customer of Miniclip for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the games are fun, but I feel like there is room for improvement. The graphics could be better and there are occasional glitches that can be frustrating. Overall, it's not a bad experience, but it definitely has room to grow.
