I recently purchased custom lighting from Sunset Designs Custom Lighting and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of lighting options to choose from. However, I found the prices to be a little higher than I expected for the quality of the products. The ordering process was fairly smooth, but the shipping took longer than anticipated, which was a bit disappointing. When the lights finally arrived, they were packaged well and in good condition. The quality of the lights themselves was satisfactory, but not exceptional. They functioned as expected, but there were a few minor flaws in the craftsmanship that were noticeable up close. In terms of customer service, I did not have any major issues, but the response time to my inquiries could have been faster. Overall, my experience with Sunset Designs Custom Lighting was neither outstanding nor terrible, just average.
