I recently started going to A Step Forward Counseling & Psychotherapy and I am extremely happy with my experience so far. The therapists are very professional and knowledgeable. They provide a comfortable and safe environment for me to open up and discuss my concerns. I feel heard and understood during each session. The techniques and strategies they use have been very effective in helping me manage my anxiety. I highly recommend their services.
