I have been a customer of Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd - India for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they do provide electricity, their customer support is not up to par. There have been multiple instances where I had to call them several times just to get a response. Additionally, the billing system is quite confusing and it is often difficult to understand the charges. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
