I recently purchased a monitoring system from Pureaire and I have to say I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the system works well and provides accurate data. On the other hand, the customer service could use some improvement. I had some issues with setting up the system and getting it to connect to my devices, and it took quite some time to get support from the company. Overall, the product is decent but I expected better service.
