I recently used this design company's services and while I had high hopes based on their website, my experience was rather average. The website itself is attractive and easy to navigate, showcasing their previous work effectively. However, I found their communication to be lacking. My questions and concerns were not addressed promptly, and there were some delays in the project timeline. The quality of their work was decent, but not exceptional. The designs were clean and professional, but lacked that wow factor I was expecting. The prices were reasonable, but I felt that for the level of service I received, they could have been more competitive. Overall, my experience with this design company was just okay. They have potential, but they need to improve their communication and strive for more innovative and outstanding designs to truly stand out in the market.
