🚗💼 My recent experience with the Cadillac dealership in South Charlotte was fairly average. The website was easy to navigate and provided ample information on their inventory. The staff, though polite, lacked the enthusiasm I expected when I visited the showroom. The salesperson seemed somewhat disinterested and did not engage me in a meaningful way. While the dealership had a decent selection of vehicles, I felt there was a lack of variety in terms of colors and options available. The pricing, on the other hand, was reasonable, but negotiation was somewhat challenging. Overall, my experience was just average, neither exceptional nor disappointing. I had hoped for a more personalized and attentive service in such a renowned dealership.
