I recently had the opportunity to work with a supply chain management company based in China. While I appreciated their efforts in handling various aspects of my business needs, my overall experience with them was average. The website was user-friendly and provided useful information about their services. However, I found that their customer service could have been more responsive and proactive in addressing my concerns. Additionally, the communication throughout the process could have been improved. The company offered competitive pricing and delivered their services on time, which was commendable. However, there were a few instances where I felt that more attention to detail could have been given. Overall, I would rate them as an average option for supply chain management in China.
