I recently had some work done by Self-Employed / JBN Building Services / Russell Cawberry Group. Overall, I would say the experience was satisfactory. The quality of the work was decent, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be fixed. The team was responsive and fixed the issues promptly. However, I felt that the communication could have been better. The pricing was reasonable, and the project was completed within the agreed timeframe. I would consider hiring them again for future projects, but I would make sure to provide clear instructions and keep communication lines open.
