I have been a member of the New Rochelle YMCA for a while now, and I am extremely impressed with the facilities and staff. The gym has a wide range of equipment and there are plenty of classes to choose from. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and always willing to help out. I highly recommend the New Rochelle YMCA to anyone looking for a great place to work out and stay active.
