As a customer, I found the property management company to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good amount of information, but I was hoping for more in-depth details about their services. The overall design and layout of the website were decent, but it lacked a personal touch. I appreciated the responsiveness of the team when I submitted an inquiry through the website, but I felt that the communication could have been more proactive. 😕 Despite this, I did appreciate the range of properties listed on the website and the clear photographs provided. Overall, my experience was okay, but I think there's room for improvement in terms of the customer experience and transparency about their services.
