I had an average experience with The Norell Group....

I had an average experience with The Norell Group. Their website was easy to navigate, but I found the overall service to be just okay. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Overall, I would say the company is decent, but there is room for improvement.
