I have been a customer of Grant, Hermann, Schwartz & Klinger (NY) for several years now, and I can confidently say that their service is average. While they do a decent job in handling my legal matters, I often feel that they lack the attention to detail and personalized touch that I expect from a law firm. The communication could be better, and sometimes it takes them longer than expected to get back to me. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
