I have been a member of this gym for a while now, and I must say it's one of the best gyms I have ever been to. The facilities are top-notch, the equipment is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoy the variety of classes offered, as well as the personal training options. The New Rochelle YMCA definitely lives up to its reputation as a great place to work out.
