I had an average experience with Adirondack Orthopedic Physicians & Surgeons, PC. The doctors were competent, but the overall service lacked a personal touch. The staff seemed overwhelmed and the facility could use some improvements. While I received adequate care, I expected a better overall experience. It was an average experience for me.
