I have been a Flybuys customer for over a year now...

I have been a Flybuys customer for over a year now and I must say that I am quite satisfied with their loyalty program. The rewards are decent and the points accumulation is fairly easy. The only thing that could be improved is the customer service, which has been a hit or miss in my experience. Overall, I would rate Flybuys as average.
