I've been a member of the YMCA in New Rochelle for a while now, and I must say it's a fantastic place to work out. The facilities are great, the staff is friendly, and there are plenty of workout options available. I particularly enjoy the group fitness classes and the swimming pool. If you're looking for a gym in New Rochelle, I highly recommend checking out the YMCA!
