I have been using their services for a while now and I am quite happy with them. The speed is good and the connection is stable. The pricing is reasonable as well. However, there are a few areas where they can improve. The customer support could be more responsive and sometimes it takes a while to get a resolution. Overall, I would rate Suntel as good.
